Alright, the backstory behind this one is that while driving, my mom spotted several storm shelters along the road, and she thought they were really creepy, so she told me to make up a ghost story about them. I made it up as I went along, and wasn't exactly serious when I was making it up, which accounts for the crappy storytelling, but I thought people here would like it, especially since Halloween is coming up, and I don't have anything planned to write about on here.
