To access the site, or to draw? Because if it's the former, my laptop, the latter is that the few things I've drawn on this site were with a mouse. I do draw outside of DeviantArt with a pen and paper, but I don't have a scanner or something to post those.

How long does it usually take you to complete your artwork?

Almost everything I posted on here was written in an hour or less, but if you're asking about novels, most of those I've been working on for years. I should quit procrastinating.

Which one? Oh well, might as well talk about a character I made up named Roja, who was in a short story on here that I've since abandoned, (Red Pheonix (awful title)) and may or may not show up in something I write on here later.
1-Her name is based off of the Spanish word for the color red (rojo). I figured it should end with the letter "a" because Spanish words ending in "o" are typically considered masculine while words ending with "a" are typically feminine. I have no idea I that applies to proper nouns since I have an extremely basic understanding of the language, but that's the origin of the character's name. Pronounced "row-ha"
2-I made up the character and some of her traits before making up the world she lives in. I basically drew a female character, liked the design, thought about what kind of world she'd live in, and started thinking of ideas from there.
3-Roja is an extremely dangerous fighter in a melee, using two swords to easily take down multiple opponents. She is also skilled in unarmed combat and use of coilgun sniper rifles. However, with other firearms she is barely more than a novice, being completely inaccurate beyond 200 meters.
4-She is somewhat morally ambiguous. If I had to describe a D&D alignment for her it would likely be chaotic neutral. She's not completely heartless and would likely help someone if she felt they were dealt an unfair hand in life. However, far more often if someone asked her for help, she'd reply "What's in it for me?".
5-The character is extremely sarcastic, often refusing to take anyone she doesn't like seriously and making jokes at any antagonists' expense.
6-She is also extremely good at being stealthy. When faced with a kill-or-be-killed situation, she'll try to stay out of sight as much as possible and take out enemies silently.
7-She dislikes romantic relationships. Due to reasons known only to her (although she occasionally says a reason of dubious honesty), she refuses to have a significant other, often preferring one-night stands.
8-Her history is almost completely unknown to others. I'm keeping her backstory a secret for a while. I'm not sure if I want to write a novel about the protagonist or post short stories about her or learn how to animate and post videos about her to YouTube, but at first her backstory will be a secret. Although I will have her say things of dubious reliability about her history.

Happy Valentines Day to everyone spending time with their romantic partners. And to everyone without a significant other... well, I guess you'll spend the day not giving a s*** like I am. An interesting fact that I read somewhere is that the heart symbol used these days dates back to Roman times, and originally depicted the seed pods of a now-extinct plant that they used for birth control. Guess why it's extinct. I don't know how reliable the source where I read that was, so I'd recommend a second opinion, but I think it's fun to think about.

I've been off this site for months (again), but this time I have a good reason. My laptop stopped connecting to the internet for some reason. Happened the day after my final test last semester in college. So I finally got it fixed, and apparently my laptop had a lot of corrupted files because of it updating incorrectly, which caused it to be completely unable to use the internet. But now I'm able to use the internet again, and I'll try to post up some new stories.

I haven't been on here for a while, but I've been meaning to organize my writing, so I'm going to do that. I'm most likely not going to write any serious stories here for a long time because I'm focusing on trying to write novels. However, I might write some Idiocy stories on here every once in a while, because I cannot imagine Idiocy being a novel. I've thought about animating it, but seeing as I have no animation software or skills, that's probably not going to happen. If I do write some more Idiocy stories, I'm going to reboot the series, maybe call it "Idiocy: The Gritty Reboot" or something.
